As a small veteran owned business, you will work directly with me as I inquire about your project, present a quote for the work, and arrive to complete the job personally. Other companies may be able to respond faster or send someone out to you the same day, but you will be rolling the dice on what professional actually shows up. I pride myself in providing a white glove service from start to finish. Every job deserves the same attention to detail and craftsmanship that I would give to a project in my own home. Each time you submit a request with Timberline Services you will receive an inquiry directly from me about the scope of the work. Once I have all of the details, I will provide you with an official quote and a scheduling confirmation with a 15 minute arrival window around our agreed upon time. After I have arrived I will work as quickly and accurately as I can to complete your job without sacrificing craftsmanship.
