I had Johnathon do a complete inspection on a house that I was in the process of buying. Thanks to his expertise, he saved me from buying a "money pit". Jonathan is fully licensed in the state of North Carolina. A graduate of Gardner-Webb University, he completed his home inspection training and has apprenticed with and been mentored by Garland Rice of Tryon, NC. Garland is a veteran Master Home Inspector and 30 year licensed builder in both North and South Carolina.
