- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have created several packages for a variety of Client needs. Whether it be a Wedding Reception or a back yard BBQ, we try to stay competitive. All of our quotes include your disposables or china, delivery and set-up. We are an upfront Catering Company with no surprises!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first listen to the needs and wants of the client. Our second step is to create a menu and package based on their style and budget. Once we agree on the details we sign a contract, send an invoice and acquire a deposit to ensure your guaranteed delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained Executive Chef with 30 years experience and a background in Culinary Science, Chocolate, Amuse Bouche, Formal, and Casual catering. We are trained in Continental, European, Vegan/Vegetarian, Allergies, and Gluten Free Cuisine. I attended The International Culinary Institute fir my formal training and currently am furthering my education through Gordon Ramsay's Master Classes, and The American Culinary Federation. As a Chef we always strive to learn new and innovative ways to show our love of the art.
