- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our most popular package is on leash obedience (6weeks) and on/off leash obedience (10 weeks). These consist of (1) one hour lesson each week which your dog learns something new. Heel, sit, stay, down, come and go to your place are the commands for this package. Behavior modification is also included. I feel the most important aspect of our pricing is it is a flat fee. Meaning if the dog needs an extra few days or another week to graduate - there is no extra charge. If hourly lessons run over to make sure owner and dog have mastered the exercise - no extra charge. If you enroll two dogs in our private lessons the second 20% off. There is also a discount for booking 2 dogs in Board and Train together. Owners of dogs rescued from a verified shelter/rescue will receive 10% off of their training package. Consultations are free. If needed, a payment plan can be set up on individual basis. Follow up lessons are included in your training package. You can return anytime you or your dog need a refresher. Dogs that have trained with us, can board with us when parents need a sitter. The boarding fee includes refresher work.

Making the dog and owner comfortable. Learning what they need or expect from each other - then showing them how to speak each other's language.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 year Apprenticeship under Master Dog Trainer followed by 2 years of working as a professional trainer under his supervision.
