- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go to trade shows and food show events regulary to see what is trending. We learn alot of our ideas from our customers. I personally, just completed my wedding and Event Planning Certificaition which has helped me a great deal.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For me personally, I started at the age of 15 working in a commerical kitchen with my grandmother. Most everyone I know in our profession, started at a very early age and has just enjoyed it and stuck with it. There are so many directions you can go in this career.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of corporate meals for larger companies. Lunches and dinners.
