FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is actually incredibly simple and easy. I like to meet with the client normally one time before the photoshoot, mainly to get a feel for the client. That way I can make their experience nice and smooth. Not only may it make the client want to return to me for business, but this will help reluctant people more eager to jump in front of any camera! During the first meeting, I like to discuss a number of things including price. I'm pretty open to discussion and usually work with clients, so we should be able to agree on something both parties think is fair!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I didn't really choose, which is rather strange. It stumbled upon me, if anything. I have friends in the fashion industry and I was asked to basically accompany a close friend in his starting a clothing line which called for me to take pictures of his clothes and accessories. After a short while, I found I actually enjoyed taking pictures and decided to go to school for photography and visual arts in 2013.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of my work so far consists of individuals looking to build portfolios for desired careers. These desired careers vary from modeling and fashion, to music and professional sports.
