I was located at Sunset Beach 5 years ago, where I opened my cafe and have continued to cater to many organizations, hotels, as well as many weddings along the strand.

Stephen is a professional foodie and pleaser with attention to detail as to assisting with a small dinner party or a large affair. He has the "chops' to make things happen. He's a big city guy acclimated to the country/beach lifestyle. He has helped me on a couple occasions. My guests raved about the food. He's budget conscious and able to work with you to achieve the desired result. He's reliable.
And the restaurant is innovative, flavorful and fun as I look in his refrigerated display case to see what new culinary delight is available to take home. Stephen and Backstreet Café are winners and always meet or exceed my expectations.

Stephen Cuozzo of Backstreet Grille in Sunset Beach, NC is the most enthusiastic owner of a restaurant that I know! He is always looking for the best fresh ingredients, the best innovations, the best way that he can serve his customers and make their experience at his restaurant the best meal they have had. I love his Magnolia sandwich!! Steve bakes the bread himself and then serves up a chicken, pesto, veggie delight! I order it all the time as it is the only place in Brunswick County that I can get such a wonderful lunch. Plus it is always served with a smile! Visit them soon, you won't be disappointed.

Not only do I eat at backstreet Cafe' on a regular basis for breakfast and lunch, I also use them at my hotel for all my catering.
Backstreet has catered all our events for over four years. In my experiance I have never hired a caterer that was so consistant with thier quality. I know our partnership will last for many more years.
