Introduction: I am an interior decorator, proudly serving Eastern North Carolina. I have been creative and interested in home decorating most of my life. My business services include interior decorating, home staging, room redesigns, staging for seniors, holiday, wedding and special event decorating, custom furniture makeovers and hand-painted mural services. I am a firm believer that anyone can have a beautiful home, on any budget. I have been passionate about redesigning secondhand furniture pieces and decor items. This passion began when I was a new bride faced with the challenge of decorating our two-bedroom apartment on a shoestring budget. Everything deserves a second chance; it's amazing what a little paint and creativity can do! Whether you are buying a new home and need help in making all of your belongings fit into the new space, starting with a blank slate or just want to freshen up a room in your home, I would love to help!

Lisa decorated my wedding (July 2012). She did an amazing job! She was full of creative ideas and didn't miss a single detail, right down to sprucing up the rental chairs and designing the display of our wedding cake. Will definitely require her services for future events!

I hired Lisa to stage my town home that I rent out and I was totally satisfied with her work. It was beautiful and I think her staging is what helped got it rented it so quickly. It looked so inviting and homey. Lisa is very personable. I highly recommend her.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been hired to do various types of design services over the past few years. I recently decorated a beach condo for people who did all their shopping, but needed my help pulling it all together. I have also done quite a few hand painted murals, furniture makeovers, wedding decorating and decorated a large farmhouse for Christmas.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to see a portfolio and ask for references. Meet with your potential designer to see if you click with their ideas and personality. They should listen to your ideas and consider them in the design plan. You are the one who has to live there after all!
