I've been working out with Daniel for nearly four years and his classes have completely changed how I approach fitness and my personal training. Daniel incorporates many different styles and approaches to training including boxing, sleds, sandbags, kettlebells, bands, and body-weight exercises. Each class works your conditioning, as well as your strength and balance. His sessions continue to evolve and adapt with his clients and the industry to ensure that each class is different and meets the needs of members, while still continuing to challenge and push everyone to the next level. Ishmael started training with me after I had become very out of shape and overweight. I had no motivation to work out until I started training with him. His style of training was extremely effective in motivating me to work hard at the gym. Since training with him I have found a new passion in working out. Ishmael also developed a diet plan for me that actually works. It's strict a diet plan but it's easy to follow and has resulted in rapid weight loss. Ishmael is not only a great fitness trainer but is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Ishmael is an excellent motivator and truly cares about the people he is training.

Jay's schedule is always flexible which is great for my busy lifestyle, and he never makes me feel rushed during our workout sessions. I am training with Erik Pedrow and believe he is one of the most committed and gifted trainers around. Fitness is a passion for Erik; and it's infectious. He is college educated, smart, and keeps up with the latest in physiology and nutritional research. Erik has a keen talent for transforming his knowledge of hard science into an effective, challenging, and fun program that is geared just for you. Erik took note my goals, likes, dislikes, and current physical ability to create a customized strength building and workout program. I believe that without Erik's 1-on-1 training I would not have progressed as quickly and safely as with a one-size-fits-all program found at other gyms. Erik keeps me motivated and moving in the right direction to achieve my fitness and strength goals. Erik trains his clients at Masters Gym which is an awesome "urban" gym with an unbelievable sound system that makes workouts fun!

I can say this because I am proof of how Cullen personally trained and guided me from 265 lbs to 225 lbs over an eight month period. During this period I not only lost weight, but lost the need to use high blood pressure and acid re flux medications. My doctor was amazed how my blood work and vitals changed for the best in eight months for a 49 year old man. I cannot fit enough compliments that I have for Cullen in this note. I just know Cullen is a professional. He tailored a workout plan to meet my specific needs and we tracked successful results weekly. I was trained three days a week in one hour sessions. Through Cullen's motivation and encouragement I was able to do things I never thought I had in me. I was able to do more sets, with more weight and less rest. Without being accountable to Cullen, I would never had stopped my increasing weight gain and unhealthy habits. I am proud to say a year later, I am still maintaining my exact weight of 225 lbs.
