- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually the prices are $10-25.00 pp. depending on what is wanted ie.. food & equipment wise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do a lot of on-line reading & looking at recipes & adjust to our needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in a steel mill in Pa. back in the 70's/80's & got laid-off because of my yrs. of tenure not my quality of work, I got into food in "81" & have not been out of work since.
