Danny has taken my training to a whole new level. I do mean training not just exercise. My husband and I were looking for someone who could coach us through linear progression barbell training. Not everyone knows what that is, but Danny does! He understands the science and applies it for success at strength training and diet. I've gone way beyond barbells. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Straightforward pricing with options to buy packages in bundles or you can make payments as you go. Your price is all inclusive- includes travel to your home, training session, programming, nutrition, exercise, motivation, text and email support. Discounts for students, teachers, police, military, first responders/fire, pet rescuers/adopters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?You will get a detailed full fitness evaluation. I want to know you head to toe so I can begin to program your lifts and to dial in your nutrition precisely with no guesswork on your part. First visit will include a lean tissue to adipose (fat) evaluation, a movement and flexibility screening and then a nutrition analysis. From there we will begin to adjust nutrition and exercise precisely to get the results you want. Most clients see positive changes the first week in terms of fat loss and muscle tone (residual tension in the muscle.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?- I was one of the first Americans to be RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) Certified in 2001. - ISSA Certification - Health and Fitness author and contributor "On The Pegs" magazine - Starting Strength seminar attendee certificate earned - Designed and implemented training programs for at risk youth for Prehab of Arizona.
