FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work with each client to come up with a program that fits their needs and budget. Most importantly, I value my time and yours as well! You can’t buy one second back in life and I don’t waste any of the seconds in my day. If you can’t commit, or are not willing to work to your max each session, then I will gladly recommend another trainer or gym that may be a better fit for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by sitting down and getting to know one another. I get information on your medical history, injuries, concerns, stress level, and what your goals are for training. I will go over what you have done before and any other concerns you may have before training. Next, I begin by performing a couple of assessments to determine what areas need the most attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's in physical education. Masters in Education Curriculum and Instruction. I have been training young athletes through coaching youth sports for the past 11 years. I completed my personal trainer certification through the the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and also am certified in group fitness and yoga through Fitour.
