At client's request, we set weight loss/gain goals, while educating the client on nutrition and diet, so that he/she can maintain a healthy diet for a lifetime. Your first personal training session is free.
I provide Pilates-based training combined with cutting-edge and traditional physical training. The Pilates method promotes flexibility, balance, and strong core musculature, which are crucial to support the work done by extremities to prevent injury and to move effectively.
The following are my qualifications:
* certified instructor in Pilates mat and equipment through Balanced Body University and The Pilates Certification Center
* Metabolic Effect group personal trainer
* personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
* TRX suspension training instructor
