Introduction: Over 20 yrs I have been in catering and/or event planning industry. During this time I have held multiple positions- caterer, wait staff, floral designer, wedding planner/director, lead cook, event coordinator, decorator- you name it!!!! Kids birthday party, retirement parties, wedding receptions, religious service meals, holiday dinner parties, baby showers, graduation parties and community events. This experience led me to start my own business which provides both catering and event planning services. Customers have the option to select one or both services, which makes a stress-free life for any event host. This linsured business specializes in Southern cuisine yet offers various styles of great tasting foods. Personalized breakfast, lunch, dinner and appetizer menus are available to parties of any size. This is truly my passion and I want to assist you by making your next event a memorable occasion; providing custom menus and event planning options for every budget.

Mr. Chavis is an absolute consummate professional! Where do I begin? From the first points of contact via email all the way to the follow up phone calls, attention to detail, and overall pleasant energy, Jevon Chavis is definitely the greatest of ALL time!!!! We contracted Impeccable Catering for our 25th Wedding Vow Renewal ceremony. Jevon was very helpful in providing multiple menu options to select from leading up to the event and he clearly identified the price for the various options. On the day of the ceremony, he and his crew arrived early to setup for the reception. His entire crew was very professional and friendly. The food that was prepared was very delicious and well displayed. My guest raved about the wonderful tasting Mac and Cheese, the savory Hawaiian Meatballs, and the nicely seasoned chicken. My guests really enjoyed the fresh garden salad and the selection of beverages provided. Overall, the food and service far exceeded my expectations and all my guests had nothing but great things to say about the catering experience. I would highly recommend Jevon and his staff and I look forward to working with him on future events.

Jevon was very professional. He provided us with excellent recommendations for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We were getting so, so much for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, the corona virus hit and we had to cancel our entire event. We received our deposit back without any problem. We look forward to hiring Impeccable Catering in the future.

We hired Jevon for a wedding brunch for my son. He was prompt with an estimate. He answered all of my questions. The food was excellent. The servers were friendly and smiling. We had a mimosa bar, which was a big hit. I live in Wilmington, but distance was no problem in dealing with them. I recommend Impeccable Catering very highly. Thanks for a wonderful time!

All pricing depends on the services need. Catering cost will vary based on what food items are desired and the number of guests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will need to provide services needed/date & time/ desired food. I will then present the customer with a quote for services. If customers agrees to quote, Customer will sign an agreement and pay retainer fee.
