FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing in Wilmington is more than fair. North of here in the club that I had worked in, my fees were $65. per hour. i am an Elite trainer with more education than most. When clients purchase packages of 6, 10 or 20 sessions considering travel, and time, my pricing has some flexability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to see what your goals are, see what your limitations are, check for functional problems, work them and continue with stability, strength, flexibility, hypertrophy, or weight loss, with a program tailored to your individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
every two years, i go to a summit and experience new things in my field, plus constant reading from ACSM, NASM, Paul Chek, Juan Carlos Santana, Gray Cook. That of course is on top of my NASM certification, KettlebellConcepts certification, plus various certs from Paul Chek, weight loss cert, stretching certs, swiss ball, bosu, and on and on.
