- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are by the lesson not by the month. So you pay only for however many lessons you take. We don't have students commit to a semester or a specific amount of lessons. Students can choose between 30, 45, and 60 minute lessons and our prices for weekly lessons are $27, $40, and $54 respectively.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with many of our customers via phone or email prior to the first lesson and are available to answer any questions you have about lessons and our studio. Upon request we can set up a time to meet for an evaluation, introduce you to our instructors, or give you a tour of our studio.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all the instructors of our studio are active (not retired) musicians who play in various churches, bands, and groups in Wilmington such as: Opera House Theatre Company, Wilmington Symphony Orchestra, and Wilmington Symphonic Winds.
