- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TruBlue is offers competitive pricing. We have a two hour minimum, each job is estimated and approved by the customer prior to starting any work. We also regularly run discounted specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At TruBlue we make it simple to work with us. After our initial conversation we will set up a time to give you a FREE quote. We will submit an estimate for your approval and schedule your project to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TruBlue hires only the most experience technicians in their given field. We require 5-10 years paid experience at their given trade.
