FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Safety standards are always changing. I do weekly, monthly and semi annual in services and training. OSHA requirements are reviewed upon hiring an employee and on a quarterly basis unless a new rule/law is implemented then the new rule/law is reviewed immediately.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Kind of by accident, but a "happy" accident. I was the marketing manager for a large company that cleaned nursing homes and hospitals. Often I would market to a company that was considered too small to make it worthwhile for a large cleaning company. After seeing a need going unmet, I formed my own company cleaning these smaller doctors offices in the evenings. Eventually I got so many contracts that I had to choose between my job and my own small company. I chose my own business and haven't looked back since.
