- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No matter what project you need done. I will break it down per job. Price it as such and supply a breakdown of each service with cost to make things easy and simple to understand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting and greeting each customer. Getting a visual of the work to be done.. This meeting process helps the customer as well as myself. It helps us to both get a clear picture of the project (s). It allows me to see any Hazzard point it out to the customer. This allows for give and take, string up a plan we can both see.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read articles all the time on something that works or has improved. Better ways to do things. More cost effective ways to function. There is always something new we can learn, and use to grow both professionally and personally.
