What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based mainly on the sq ft., and frequency of cleaning. There are additional fees for pets, children, non-carpeted flooring, tiled shower walls, seperate tub and shower, and if there are smokers in the home, and a few other minor charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have them fill out a request for an estimate via pur website at coolecleaners.com and we will return the estimate back to them via email with some first available openings. We wait for the customer to reply on a date and once we establish an agreement on the price and date, we send you a confirmation email to confirm your scheduled appointment.

Some college education.

What types of customers have you worked with?
All ages and social economic status. We clean some of the largest jomes in Wilmington and landfall area....largest home cleaned was 7500 sq ft....the smallest home we have cleaned was 550 sq ft. We offer many different cleaning options to meet anyones budget!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a cleaning business you should make sure there are references and reviews available so that you can check on their services first hand from those that have used their services before. You should also make sure that the company is legitimate by asking for certification of GL Insurance that will protect you from any major damages such as a window or accidental floor damage. Also you need to know if they provide WC to their employees. This protects you from any personal injury of someone in your home. Believe it or not, one can sue you for injuries that occur while in your home.
