I have worked with Mariah since early 2018 and she has changed my life. Under her guidance and training, I have transformed my training, my nutrition, and my life. I have been working with Mariah for 3 years this October & highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer that listens, provides directive & motivation, cares about her clients & their results while supporting, instructing & remaining flexible throughout their fitness & nutrition journey. When I met Mariah I had just begun my journey & had limited mobility, unused strengths, was new to working out & trying to outline my goals. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Set up a free 30-minute consultation to learn about each other and if we're a good fit. If we are a good fit, take the next step towards setting up our first training session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with my B.S. in Athletic Training. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA for the past 6 years and a Certified Nutrition Specialist for the past 2 years.
