Matt Dale is one of the best personal trainers around. My personal goal was to gain 10 pounds of muscle within 6 months and he helped me to that easy. Matt has been training my son for the last 5 years. Matt has built a bond with him, helping him meet and surpass his personal fitness goals then make new ones etc. I think they will have a fitness and friendship bond for many years to come. My son at 15 years old started strength training with Matt during the summer. He went 3 days a week and this was in preparation for the upcoming wrestling team. Matt taught him the proper form on lifting and set a solid foundation that my son followed throughout the season and I attribute him going to the wrestling state finals as a freshman. I am so impressed with what matt was able to teach my son that I now am looking to hire him for myself.

Training with Matt is a TOTALLY different experience than any other training program, PT or online workout class I've done before. There's no pressure, no check-lists, no commitments or embarrassing "starting weight" conversations in order to get started. I feel comfortable sharing whatever I'm striving for and then we dive right in to make it happen. Each exercise is tailored to what he knows I can ACTUALLY do in the moment. For instance, if he thinks we can add more weight to my deadlift, we do... OR if I'm too winded from the rowing machine, he stops me before I get dizzy. I'm stronger, leaner and actually enjoy working out now. Which is CRAZZZY!

Matt is encouraging, creative and instructive as he’s helped me at age 63 begin to focus on building core strength and balance. We’ve had 9 sessions YTD in 2021, twice a week at 7:30am, and I can already feel the difference. I’ve seen too many guys at my age just “quit” any focused exercise and it’s obvious their health has deteriorated. An investment in Matt’s coaching as you face your 60’s and 70’s will be worth it for sure - live better, live stronger ! Thank you Matt !

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Come to my gym. Relaxed environment. We go over what you're looking to achieve and we get to work! Simple and effective. No fluff. Just solid training.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Personal Trainer Certification through ACE (American Council on Exercise). I've been affiliated with them since May of 2013. In December 2014 I achieved another training credential through world renown strength and conditioning coach, Zach Even-Esh. The certification is Underground Strength Coach.
