I closed my office to retire at home working on my computer. Prior to the move Chuck came to the office and got 3 computers backed up and my assistant and I broke them down for moving. He then came to my home on a Saturday to put them all up and connect them to a scanner and to an already existing computer so that I could do my work from home. It was wonderful having someone who knew exactly what to do and did it. Chuck kept asking me questions as to how I wanted the printers and monitors placed for my convenience and offered suggestions when I was not sure. Once we talked about how I wanted things to work, he knew exactly what I wanted and organized everything accordingly. I love my setup because it makes it easy for me to work. I have always been impressed with Chuck and his professionalism because he has been my computer expert for over a year now. He is always there when I need him and gets the work done in spite of me and my lack of knowledge. I also like the ability he has to go to my computer to see what is going on remotely. The whole job probably took 3 hours but there was some work I wanted him to do with some files on one of the computers that also took up some of the time. I was not only impressed with the work being done but Chuck also had to work around my two dogs who were in the way with every step Chuck took. I can't think of anything that Chuck could have done to improve the experience. Thanks Chuck.
