Having Tanner as a personal coach has been a Godsend. I played all kinds of sports growing up and was in the military so I'm not new to physical training. However now I'm 40 yrs old and am in the best shape of my life. The great thing about working with Tanner is that he takes all the guess work out of the equation. He personalizes your training cycle to fit your needs/goals and to improve on any weaknesses you might have. Understands that everyone's daily schedule is different, so he makes your training doable to fit into your day. If I ever have any questions about sets, reps, weight, injuries, etc he gets back with me within the same day to help me modify whatever I'm having difficulty in to keep my confidence up and not get discouraged. Th last powerlifting meet that I competed in I place first in my division and went 9 for 9, I owe a lot of the credit to Curtis for helping me performing so well on the platform.
I have known Damien for many years, professional, as a team mate and a professional trainer. One thing stands out above all else with Damien is dedication! Progress is a guarantee, as he always goes the extra mile to achieve any goal put in front of him. I had the pleasure of playing soccer with Damien a few years ago, he trains extremely hard and with focus, his strength and stamina were always stand out attributes. Damien's commitment to self improvement ensured that he became an asset to the team, due to the extra work and time he dedicated to constantly improving himself physically. I joined Damien for extra training session on a few occasions, he was always happy to help others achieve the goals they aspired to. He motivates, focuses on small stepping stones, building you up to the landmark you are aspiring to achieve. I also met with Damien a while ago, this during a time he suffered substantial injuries to many areas of his knee ligaments and more. I worried that he would not recover but naturally (at least for him), he made a rapid recovery and came back stronger than his previous self, he overcome the potentially permanently debilitating injury. This man has a work ethic to progress and achieve in any training excersie. I would recommend him to anyone with training goals. Given the chance, I would happily pay top dollar to have this man help me towards my fitness goals.
Matt has been able to design a comprehensive and compressed circuit training work out out for me that is very effective. It is challenging but achievable and geared for a working professional. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation as myself

My work stand out from others because I train clients with barely any equipment so they can perform the exercises within the comfort of their homes, my homes or a different location than the gym and not feel intimated by others around them. I also send emails with all the workout so the clients can have it for reference. I'm always early to set up for the workout and will stay late to answer any questions. I make sure all clients will know how to properly perform the exercises to avoid injuries. Also, I NEVER yell or curse. Furthermore, if you aren't happy with your results I will write the client a check back for what the client signed up for.
