Two words... "Hire Kevin". The Eco Man Pest Solutions not only provided excellent service solutions (got rid of the pest), but he was very relatable, honest, and provided great customer service. This was an initial service visit, and besides the agent, Kyle, being extremely friendly, they provided a service I have never seen. That is removing faceplates and fogging between the walls. This impressed me as it seems to be a logical step. They got every room, including the back screen-enclosed porch, and sprayed up to 5' from the house outside.

Rick called me within 30 minutes of me sending him an email stating I wanted to hire him. He came promptly and exterminated my hornet's nest that I had. He did it in a very safe manner so all the nearby homes were safe. Once the nest was killed, he did a very clean job of removing the nest so that I do not get another nest built there next year. A few of the people I talked to left that up to the client for disposal. He was very professional and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Kevin showed up on time (actually a little early 😃). He thoroughly discussed my Ant problem with me then went to work. He also explained several "service options " with me so that I could decide what best fit my needs.

Audrey and David (the owner) are fantastic. I called them on a late Friday afternoon and they were at my apartment in downtown Raleigh (30 minute drive for them) by 9 a.m. the next morning. David worked very quickly and was completely honest about my issue. Rare to find that in today's society. All-in-all you cannot beat their service, attitude and price. Homerun. Don't call anyone else for pest control...especially bed bugs.

I was having an issue with spiders. I live by a rather large lake and continued to have spider issues around and in my home. We had another pest control company doing our service for years and the problem never went away, the spiders just continued to come back after treatment. So, I met Chris from 1st Choice Pest Solutions while he was treating our law office and I informed him of my issue. He offered to come out to my home and see if he could help get rid of the issue. He came out and treated our home. He was very knowledgeable about different insect questions we had and very polite. He was way more thorough than our previous company and actually better priced! So we signed up for a quarterly service with 1st Choice and fired our previous pest control company. We haven't seen a spider since!!! A+ rating for these guys.
