"For over three years, Luke Hayes was my personal trainer. I highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer and coach. Luke is very well trained in personal training. He worked with me to establish diet and exercise goals and held me accountable by asking for regular updates. Luke gave great advice and had a very encouraging attitude. He varied my training routine through a mix of body weight exercises, weight training, and interval, cardio training. Luke focused on ensuring good form while doing all exercises. During my training, I accomplished my goal of losing pounds and body fat. Luke is very professional and easy to work with. Although my training sessions were challenging, I enjoyed the 30 minutes or 1 hour and knew that Luke was choosing the right routine to help me meet my goals."

"I reached out to Will because I needed to lose some weight and I wanted to increase my muscle mass. I had tried on my own without much success and I was frustrated. I purchased the 36 training session package and Will included a metabolism test and a meal plan based on what my body needed. I thought this was awesome because I didn't have to guess what I should be eating and the meal plan was easy to follow.
