Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: 99% of the cleaning companies in this industry 'clean' with a very high psi blast that 1) uses tons of water, 2) is very abrasive to the material being cleaned (your home) and 3) spreads the harmful organisms to other areas of your home to culture and grow in the future (your roof, your lawn, etc). These same companies use bleach as their primary cleaning agent because it's easy to find and very low cost. BUT, bleach is one of the most harmful and corrosive chemicals in the marketplace today. Bleach contains 'Lye' (caustic soda) which is lethal if consumed as a gas. Bleach is meant to be contained, used responsibly and quickly to clean stubborn stains, white laundry, etc. and then drained away from the home into sewer systems equipped to handle it... Bleach is not meant to be sprayed at high pressure, in volume around our homes and retained in our soil, our grass, gardens, plants and shrubs only to eventually be breathed in or end up on our skin. It's the wrong choice for this type of cleaning. 2 part answer for me... I love the fact that we help people protect, restore and beautify their largest investment...their home! It never gets old hearing a homeowners comments when we are finished and they are simply blown away. We strive to exceed expectations everyday and hearing it in our customers voice never gets old.

This was the first time this process was used to wash my home's siding. My home's color is tan with white trim. It was covered in green mold, red clay dirt, bird droppings, and appeared just outright dirty! After this Soft Wash process was used my home looks new again! The Soft Wash process was fast and water was only used to remove the cleaning solution! The water use was cut to less then half that of a pressure washing process! I'm very please with the outcome and plan to have my home cleaned by Triad Solt Wash from now on!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a N.C. licensed builder and remodeler for 20 years, I saw the demand for my previous customers to find an effective, affordable cleaning system that wouldn't damage vinyl siding, asphalt roofing shingles and the top layer of aggregate in concrete. In providing this for my customers, other referrals started coming in to the point we added it to our business and offer it to all homeowners and business owners in our service area.
