Wedding DJ. Everything was great except he did not have THE most important song that had been requested by the bride. Even though through numerous communications he said he had it. Big let down. Everything else was great.

Everything was great and as expected. Only thing that was not right was that didnt have second mic like I thought specially for the ceremony and the song I thought was coming down the aisle to wasn't played but everything still turned out fine. Great person and good guy to deal with for any event.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$400 for the first 4 hours. $50/hr after that. Anything over 100 miles, there is a charge for gas and lodging.

I listen to the customer and find out exactly what they are looking for. I give them the options that might best suit them. Ask them questions to see if I'm what they are really looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I listen to the radio and watch people to see how they react to certain songs.
