Dale, from the very start of our meeting maintained a high level of professionalism and wasnt the typical handyman thats just there to do a job and leaves. He makes conversation, has manners and has a great smile. He listened to everything how me and the wife wanted our work completed and then repeated back to us to ensure communication was correct regarding the repairs he made. He completed the work with great quality and confidence in his abilities and it showed and will definately have him back over if another situation arises.
