- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During the quote, we will discuss the type of cleaning (standard, move out, or deep clean) prices will vary depending on frequency, and the size of home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give all of my customers a VIP experience for every job. No matter if it is a standard, one time, or deep clean. We go above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied. We also never walk away from a property without making sure that all areas are clean to not only your standards, but our standards. Just because you paid for a standard cleaning, does not mean that we will neglect an area that requires a deeper clean. We will do our best to make it as clean as possible, and if it takes extra time, we will reach out to discuss for further approval on completing the task to its fullest, and properly adjust the quote to satisfy the new request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was privileged to work under companies such as, medical, corporate, and hospitality, which requires further caution when cleaning and disposing of biohazardous waste. Along with the proper chemicals to use, ventilation and safety precautions that are to be taken during the cleaning.
