Kate was the best personal trainer I’ve ever had! She is positive and extremely motivating, tough but fair and very professional. Kate was awesome! Extremely fun personality, me engaged in my workouts even when I was tired. Even when things got a big tough for me she was able to give modifications if needed. If someone needed a personal trainer I would totally recommend her.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Personal training is an investment in your long term help. I provide multiple different pricing options to make training available to everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start with a free 30 minute consultation. Talk about goals, past experience, injuries etc. From there I will write a customized program to help you achieve your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certificated personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association. I also have a BFA in Contemporary Dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
