Caroline Warren is the best math tutor I have ever had! She is patient and understanding. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I comprehend the work. I love that she study me,also the way she lights up when she sees that I comprehend what she is teaching me. What my weakness were as well as my strengths. For the days that she didn't tutor me she gave me very helpful video's to watch. It is really hard to find a tutor that is genuine and cares about you learning more thing anything else. I would recommend Caroline to any and everyone that is ready to learn.

My experience with Laura tutoring my son has been great ! She's a very understanding and patient teacher, who always comes with an organized lesson plan. I have to say that the most important part about my son tutoring with Laura is that my son likes her, and feels comfortable with her as his tutor.

About

We are a local company offering private and personalized instruction from Ivy League graduates. Our tutors work one-on-one with students to formulate specific academic plans for long-lasting and professional success. As opposed to larger commercial companies like Kaplan and Princeton Review, we believe that each student is unique, that her strengths and weaknesses are different, and that individualized attention to those areas is the best method for achieving any future academic plans for college and post-graduate study. In our globalized society, the goal for high school students is no longer to simply go to college but achieving an academic scholarship that makes this choice affordable. For undergrads, the goal should be higher education but at the right graduate school and at the right price. Contact us today to learn how we can help make your educational and professional ambitions a reality.

I have always enjoyed working with young men, and have a knack for explaining things in a way that they understand. I began tutoring math when I was in high school. I also have extensive experience mentoring one on one or leading groups of young men during my seven years in the Boy Scouts of America, and six years teaching multiple merit badges at Raven Knob summer camp. In the future I hope to be an Eagle Scout mentor.

The results I receive speak for themselves. I believe that students (and parents) like me because I make an effort to meet every student where they are. I relate to students on a personal level and then I relate whatever work to the students. It makes them feel more connected. I do whatever I can to keep a student engaged, to help them progress and to make them feel proud of their work.

Hello! This is just a brief summary of my education and experiences. I attended Cornell and graduated from Wake Forest. I received a BS in Biology and minors in chemistry and economics. While at WF, I was a tutor hired by the university for chemistry and biology. I also completed neuronal stem cell research at WF Institute of Regenerative Medicine and am published in the journal Stem Cell International. I also worked at the writing center at Wake, helping students with editing paper and improving grammar. I am a CRLA (College Reading & Learning Association) certified tutor that can also tutor for SAT and ACT preparations. I'm really enjoying tutoring because I love seeing my students improve. Thanks!
