Mark was professional and made my husband and I feel comfortable about performing CPR and First Aid, if ever needed. He gave scenarios for us to apply the knowledge that we learned, while performing CPR. I would definitely recommend everyone to take his classes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$70 per person. $10 discount per person for classes 10 and larger.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I teach in a laid back environment and offer lots of humor while instructing. I try to make every class enjoyable for the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy and have a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. This is combined with over 20 years of experience teaching CPR.
