Introduction: We are a residential and commercial cleaning service. We also offer power washing as well as trash or debris removal services. We have 25 yrs. of service in Raleigh and surrounding areas. We are fully insured. For residential clients, we offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one time cleans. For commercial clients, we offer move out-move in for real estate and apartment communities and clubhouse cleans for HOA's. For office cleans, we can clean anything. All bids are based on your maximum sq.ft.provided in you request.There are no add on or hidden charges.All 1st cleans and one-time cleans include: DETAILED CLEANING OF KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS,INSIDE OF WINDOWS,WINDOW SILLS,BASEBOARDS,BLINDS,COBWEBS,ALL DUSTING,ALL FLOORS CARPET AND HARD SURFACE,FRONTS OF CABINETS AND APPLIANCES.INSIDE OF STOVE, FRIDGE AND CABINETS IF REQUESTED. If you are looking for recurring cleans your rate will be lower per sq. ft. after 1st. clean since all woodwork ,blinds,cabinets ect.will not need to be done each clean.These items will however be maintained.
