Our team arrived at th site and informed the client what and how they were going to treat the carpet and guaranteed her that carpets we're going to come out brand new. The technicians spent 3 hours on the site and when they were done, they had saved the client over 5,000 dollars as the carpet look and smelled brand new!

My advice to a customer looking to hire a carpet cleaner is to ask as many questions as you can, so that the provider understands as well as you as what the goal is for the visit. The most common complaint in this industry is miscommunication. The carpet cleaner should ask what your needs and wants are in cleaning your carpets. A carpet cleaner that communicates to your liking is the one that you should lean towards.
