I normally hate to leave bad reviews but I've had so many issues. Rick was easy to work with but I was not expecting that he would outsource his photographer to shoot on my wedding day instead of shooting it himself. The wedding took place on NC Kure Beach. I wish that would have been communicated clearly upfront. My invoice charged me for a 2nd photographer but on that day, I only had 1 photographer. Furthermore, was promised that I would get my wedding photo album 2-3 weeks after the gallery. The wedding was in late Aug, 2022, I called in late Nov and early Dec to ask where was my Wedding Album. I was told that he recently had a death in the family, which I was very understanding but again this should have already been delivered by the time I called to ask its whereabouts. I was told after a week I would get a call to shore up any outstanding concerns, but I never received one. I called multiple times with no response! I left multiple voicemails and emails and still no response. This is not the professionalism I would expect to see. While he did give me a refund of $300 dollars, this still does not compare to the anxiety of not knowing if I would be getting my own wedding pictures. I only ended up getting the photo gallery and no wedding album. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Getting to know my clients is most important. I love to chat maybe over coffee or a simple phone call, at that time I usually like to discuss our options and how we are going to make the best of our creative ideas, If all sounds good. I'll send over a contract and invoice. To hold your date.

I attended the New York Institute of Photography, along with some YouTube and about 7 years of experience.
