Latest Review: I have been training with Kyle for about three weeks now. I used to be an athlete in high school, but quickly got out of my workout routine once the busyness of college hit. Recently I got the urge to get back in shape and knew I would need a lot of help and motivation. Kyle has been a great helping hand in encouraging me to meet this goal. He pushes me to work hard everyday, and is always thinking of new exercises to mix things up. One of the best parts about his training is that he explains how each exercise works different parts of the body, and makes sure you understand how to correctly perform so you are able to eventually do the exercise on your own. Additionally, he is efficient and timely, making every minute of our time together worth the time. Kyle is also very knowledgeable about how the body's different muscles all connect and work together, which has been great when it comes to strengthening an injured shoulder. Very thankful for my time thus far with him!
