What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $125 an hour, with certain packages for High school seniors, weddings, newborns, and holiday events. They Come with an online gallery where you can view and order photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the day and time that works with both our schedules. Next I get a sense of style for the shoot, for example: rustic, modern, or casual. Then we decide on a time limit, if props are needed, location, and whether its indoor or outdoor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to Two colleges for business and MSU for photography as well as things that I have self learned and experienced in the last several years.
