Introduction: I own a rental property repair business. I do everything, or I provide another contractor to do it for me. I presently have over 200 houses I do service calls for in the Omaha area. I managed military housing units for 5-6 years, and before that I was a painting contractor. I worked at bases in Washington, DC; New Jersey; Omaha; and Newport, RI. The Naval War Collage and The War Collage Housing were my last assignments before the government privatized their bases. I give bids on all projects over $300.00. I do not do remodeling, just repair, ex. replace faucets, toilets, vanities and such. Also, I do general repairs like doors not closing and locking, some window repairs but not replacing, changing outlets and switches. There's no AC or heat repairs.
