Introduction: I grew up in the vast expanse of the Sandhills in Thedford, NE, where I spent many a summer working cattle and cutting hay. After graduation, I then went on to receive training from the USMC in aviation mechanics for the A-V8B (Harrier) plane where I was stationed in Cherry Point, NC, and Yuma, AZ. After serving my country, I came back home to Nebraska and began a career in real estate. I started a real estate title company located in Omaha in 2002. Wanting to get out of the "big city life," I moved the family to the surrounding area of Wahoo, NE, and took a position with a different title company. Wanting to broaden my horizons, I became a licensed real estate broker in 2010. When not out hunting, fishing or camping, I also work in the community being the committee chairman of the Cub Scout Pack in Wahoo, coaching various sports of my boys and serving on the village board of Colon to make the town, where my family lives in, a better place. I have been able incorporate both of my passions into a career. I am now the real estate coordinator for the Nebraska Game and Parks and am helping others realize their dream by finding the right piece of land. With the diversified knowledge of being in the title industry for the last 13 years, being a licensed abstractor, real estate broker, working with CRP, WRP, and Conservative Easements, I also work with both federal and state governments on land transfers along with partners such as Ducks Unlimited, the National Wild Turkey Federation, Nebraska Land Trust, and the Conservation Fund, to just name a few.
