He will not only push you to work harder than you can push to work yourself, he will make sure you have fun doing it. I told him about injuries I was dealing with and he tailored workouts around what might hurt. His years of training and wide array of workout equipment will ensure you achieve your goals sooner than you think. He also helps motivate me to stick to my diet, which is super important. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I am a firm believer of starting with the foundation of the body and that's the core. Learning to brace with lifts helps eliminate any potential back pain. From there the possibilities are endless with hard work and consistency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Physical Therapist Assistant with 10 years of skilled nursing, out patient and inpatient experience. I have had a desire to help people with exercise after finding out the benefits following a ACL tear. Former collegiate basketball player with science based sport specific training programs.
