Sarah is a life saver!! She does a visit with our dog every day so he can get out and play while I am at work. She sends pictures, gives detail notes and genuinely cares for our puppy. I would definately recommend Sarah in a heart beat! Our dog loves her and we could not ask for a better dog caregiver!

I offer pet sitting in my home. I have a large backyard and a small pool for dogs. We will walk to the park daily. Your pet will never be left unattended. I also have one dog and two cats. The dog loves friends, the cats, not so much, but they have their own space if they want to get away. I have reasonable rates!

I very much enjoy helping people when they need someone to stay at their home and/or take care of their pets when they are out of town. My primary profession is giving piano instruction but have also worked as a Concierge, so I suppose serving others is what primarily motivates me. People trust me to give them the service they need and want.

I am an avid animal lover, and I wish to care for pets. I have grown up with pets my whole life, and I am familiar with many of their needs, such as providing them with companionship and affection; maintaining feeding schedules; going for walks; and of course, play time! I am reliable. My schedule is flexible, and I am willing to provide the best care for your pet possible.

I have loved animals for all of my life. That makes 60 some year!! I am a retired healthy, reliable lady who would not disappoint you, by being irresponsible or not taking proper care of your animals. Since I have been dealing with animals for so may years I have a body of knowledge about them that only comes with age and experience!! As far as my art experience I have been doing portraits of children. adults and pets since the 70's. I have only had in all of those years one person who was unhappy with the portrait I did for them, so I did the portrait over at no extra charge and they were very happy with the second one.

Let's face it: Our pets become part of our families, an important part. They are our companions, our protectors, and our friends who miss us when we are away. When we leave, our animals do not understand where the rest of their "pack" or their "pride" went, and this can be difficult for our pets to deal with. PAWfect Pet Services takes pride in dog walking and cat care services. I continue to educate myself on the human/animal connection, because I believe the better we can understand animal behavior, the better we can communicate and understand each other. This in turn helps us cohabit with our pets and live a more peaceful existence. Which is why I started PAWfect Pet Services, so I could help you and your pets. Rest assured I will do my very best in making sure that your companions are cared for while you are away, and I am honored with this responsibility. Our services include the following: * Client Consultations * Unlimited Email Consults * Customized Dog Walks * Custom Cat Care Plans * Exercise Plans * Dog Park Adventures * Nutritional Advice * Behavior Modification * Holistic Care Plans

Trusting a stranger with your home and fur kid is very hard and we get that! Our services are meant to provide those who are passionate about their pets with a sense of relief knowing they are being well cared for. We offer daily dog walking and in home pet sitting as well as in our home pet sitting so our clients can feel less guilt when they can't be home during the week or are on vacation. We offer convenient online scheduling and automatic billing via credit card along with text messaging updates that include fabulous pictures and videos of your pets having a good time while in our care.

I'm looking for a pet sitting job. I have two dogs and one ,cat and I've had many experiences with animals.

I provide services to watch and housesit dogs on a limited basis at my residence. My residence has a fenced-in yard and backs up to Baldwin Field.

I grew up in a home with a dog and cats. This gave me a lot of experience with them. Anytime my parents are gone overnight, I am pet sitting their animals. Right now, they have two cats who want undivided attention.

      Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How much does it cost to hire a house sitter?

House-sitting can be a lifesaver when you’re leaving town for any length of time. Whether you work remotely, you’re taking a much-needed vacation, or you just want to road-trip for a few days, it’s wise to have a pro keep an eye on your house and pets while you’re gone. Your home is more likely to stay safe and you won’t have to wrangle the kitty into a kennel to travel with you. The national average pet-sitting price ranges between $20 and $30. Pet-sitting and house-sitting costs will vary based on where you live in the country and regional labor rates. Another factor in cost is how long you want the house-sitter to stay. Some people prefer to have the house-sitter stay the night at their house, perhaps to care for an elderly pet or simply to keep a watchful eye on the home at all times. Overnight stays will cost more, ranging anywhere from $50 to $100, depending on services provided. For day visits, house-sitting and pet-sitting prices will increase incrementally the longer the visit and the more service you want performed. For example, a quick 10-minute visit to feed and walk the pet and bring in the mail could be $12.50, a 25-minute visit could be $18, a 40-minute visit $25, and a 50-minute visit $32. How much should you pay for a pet sitter?

Pet sitting provides your precious pet with in-home care. A pet-sitter can make a brief visit during the day to provide snacks, playtime or affection, or stay at your house for one or more nights to tend to your pet. Prices for pet-sitting will vary based on length of the visit. Nationally, pet sitting prices range from $20 to $30, although prices run higher for your sitter to stay the night. Prices will also be affected by where you live in the country. Here are some examples of average pet-sitting prices based on length of time and region:

      • 30-minute visit: $17 in a small Texas town.
      • 30-minute visit: $25 in Southern California.
        • 45-minute visit: $28.
        • 60-minute visit: $32.
      • Overnight stay (10 hours): $50 in Texas.
      • Overnight stay (10 hours): $85 in Southern California.
        • 12 hours: $100.
        • 24 hours: $200. This is a good option for a sick, elderly or brand-new pet that needs constant supervision.
