- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bidding,or hourly ..I prefer to go hourly I set a top price 90 %of the time I'm under that price by 200 to 600 dollars sometimes more .older houses hourly not much is ever straight or level this tends to add a little bit more time in some cases..bidding I do on new construction ,roofs, windows, it really depends on what the customers want is the bottom line...sq ft is usaully how I set my rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is getting to know the customer what peaks there interest what there ideas or dreams are for the project and integrate that into every aspect of the building process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up around carpentry. .I have alot of hands on training being around it all the time and striving to be the best our work shows our passion.
