Visiting the area from out of state, I brought 2 laptops to Ken for repair. He's was honest and attentive to me, quite reasonable in fees, and very thorough in his service. I'm completely satisfied with his repairs (one hard drive replacement + reloading system and drivers, and one charging port replacement.) Very fast service on each repair. His one year warranty on repairs is hard to beat. I would patronize his business again without hesitation.
