I just bought my first home and Brad Hulse was my realtor. Here is why I think Brad was an AMAZING realtor to work with:
1. Brad took time to explain each step of the home buying process, but he didn't overwhelm me with the information.
2. When we went to look at homes, he didn't try and "sell" me on a home, rather he would let me look and get my own "feel" for the place. He answered all my questions about properties as I viewed them and would give honest opinions when I asked.
3. He listened to what I was looking for in a home showed me great properties.
4. Brad is easy to work with! He answered my calls, or returned them quickly. He is a genuinely nice guy. He was flexible about showing properties that worked with my busy schedule.
These are just some of the reasons why buying my first home with Brad Hulse was such a great experience. I totally recommend him! I feel really lucky to have had Brad's experience and enthusiasm working for ME!

Brad at home real estate was very patient and informal on our search for a home. We got all the answers we asked in a speedy manner and compared with other agents we have spoke with in the past he was very friendly and gave great advice as well as going the extra step to find the home we were interested in. I would recommend him to anyone.

Brad Hulse did a great job finding a house that meet my needs and exceeded my expectations. It looked quaint from the outside but was a real winner from the inside. He was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Would utilize his services again!
