- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this time I don't use a standard pricing system as there are many factors doing custom work. I'm sorry if this discourages, but you'll likely find my pricing is low in the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and consult to include finding overall needs and any detail work needed. Figure a rough estimate or bid dependent on need details. Discuss timeline for completion as well as any other details that may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in welding and fabrication work for about the last 12 yrs., 8 of which have been in management or leadership. I've worked in customer service for many years through college as well as a Buyer/Manager for sporting goods more recently. I have several years of construction background and automotive experience as well.
