- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All houses are not created equal you must agree and so I prefer to see the home and what needs done in order to give a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer, do a walk through where they can explain exactly what they are looking for, after which I customize a cleaning plan to match their particular needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A course in housekeeping and extensive training through sandals international has made me one of the best cleaners there is.
