What do you enjoy about the work you do?

We enjoy ALL the people we meet, and some have tougher challenges than others! The greatest thing is when we help someone that really needs the help. We problem solve and figure out a plan that works for them with their budget and timeframe. It's easy to point and tell sellers what to do, and it's a job well done when you help figure out how to do it!

    I would not consider listing a home without the help of Rearranged For Change! I love them, my clients love them, and most important... buyers LOVE the way my homes show and they sell in less time for more money than the average listing!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are flat fee and furniture and accessory rentals are a no charge bid.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were looking for an exciting, rewarding, creative company to form. HGTV was where we first saw this line of work and decided to jump in with both feet and create a company in Omaha!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our staging consultations are our most common appointments. We go through the house with the homeowner and give recommendations in each space to make the house the most marketable. We put a heavy emphasis on first impressions and photo readiness! We offer free bids for furniture and accessories rental for vacant and occupied home stagings to give a house the 'WOW' factor!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Rearranged For Change did a complimentary staging last fall for a local project with Home of Distinction. This a new construction build that was staged as a model and open to the public for touring. Admission was charged at the door and the benefits were donated to Big Brothers & Big Sisters of the Midlands.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire a professional home stager, I would look for years of experience, references or testimonials from clients and awesome before and after photos.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The usual reaction when we tell people what we do they say, "oh gosh, you have such a fun job!" The truth is, it is very hard work. But we love love what we do and wouldn't trade it for anything!
