Introduction: Hello, my name is Regina and I have been cleaning both residential and commercial businesses for 20+ years. I actually enjoy cleaning and am exceptionally thorough. I use industrial or eco cleaning products according to my clients needs and provide all of the necessary tools. I clean from top to bottom and everything in between. I have a knack for detail and know the difference of clean and cleaned right! I also enjoy being able to service my client and don't take that responsibility lightly. Everything looked amazing, and she was pleasant, easy to work with and got the whole job done in one day! All communications with her were prompt. Kitchen was not cleaned properly.The Oven , Stovetop were not cleaned well.when i asked i was told that is charged separately.Not sure wht does kitchen cleaning means if stovetops and oven are not included.i paid $80 for kitchen nd 2 bathrooms.

So I can give an accurate/fair estimate I like to first view the job and determine time required, tools, products needed etc. I may give an overall charge or bid hourly depending on the job/request.

It's common practice to first meet with my potential client, introduce myself, and get a feel for their specific wants, and any specific requests/expectations etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years cleaning both residential and commercial properties in and outdoor.
