- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm required by the State of Nebraska to take 24 credit hours for my massage license and 8 credit hours for esthetics license every 2 years. Three of those hours has to be on ethics for massage. All of my hours has to be hands on except for ethics, anatomy, pathology, health and human services, hygiene, and physiology. Massage therapists learn what they need to know on the subjects that are considered non-hands on in school. If I decided to take one it would be a refresher course. I'm more interested in learning knew techniques to become a better massage therapists.
